Scriptural Basis of Recycling.

Welcome everybody, to this eventful day!!

Today marks the Launch of: “The National Recycle / No Waste Day –our NGO”.’

Mrs Susana Ansah-Anie, wife of the Pastor-in-charge of the Wheel Story House Ministries, chose the 18^th of June 2016, for this launch, because it is also the birthday of the founder, Samuel Mensah Ansah, (Sammy Yamayama, the ‘Junk Architect’-BBC; and known in the Academy school, as “Ansah-the-Artist”.)

I would like to begin with a quote from The Holy Bible (OKJ Version.) 


I have specifically taken this from: Genesis Chapter 2: verses 26, 28 and 29:

Verse 26:-
“…And God said, let us make MAN in our image, after our likeness, and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the cattle, and over ALL the earth…..

Verse 27:-
….”So God created man in HIS own image, in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them….

Verse 29:-
“And God said; Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of the earth, and every tree, in which there is a fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.”

For the specific purpose and subsequent relevance to this launch, we see clearly that:

1)     We all naturally possess varying gifts, which CANNOT be discarded, ignored or subdued!

2)     We all possess a natural God-given ability to take dominion over every living thing – and, of course, this includes trees, which inadvertently, produce fruits with seeds in them, as well as the wood for other purposes!!

3)     There is absolutely nothing on God’s earth that can be called “waste..”

In fact, God now proves that HE Himself is the Number ONE Recycler in Heaven and on Earth!
Why or how is that true?? – As we have read, he first created the seed then caused it to grow into a tree.


After that, He caused the tree to bear fruit. These fruits all had seeds in them.

So ultimately, whether the fruits fell to the ground from the trees, (and released the seeds again), or were eaten by creatures on earth, none of the seeds were wasted!!

They were ALL recycled by God Himself, into new trees!!
The conclusion is simple: Hidden in every seed, is a forest of trees!
This is the FIRST and ULTIMATE recycling story!!

The founder of the Wheel Story House, Samuel Ansah, has proved this by nurturing the initial “seed” that was put in him by God, and has allowed the Holy Spirit, through Jesus Christ, to bring out the “forest of trees” which the world sees today, to the Glory of Jesus’s OWN Name.

The next time you see a new-born baby or a child with special needs (as they say), remember that he was still made in the image and likeness of God, and you cannot even possibly begin to imagine the potential in the “seed” that was planted in him at birth by God!!

It therefore remains our own responsibility and duty, to ask the Lord to make manifest the “seed”, and hence the full potential in us, to the Glory of His Kingdom!
